Successful candidate must be detail oriented, self-starter, reliable, able to work independently and on a team, possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), be well organized, and an excellent multitasker.   This candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, well versed in Deltek Vision (CRM) data management and Constant Contact.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred, with 5 years of related experience or equivalent. Related experience must be in the A/E/C industry, candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal production efforts including:
o Prepare and track schedules
o Prepare RFP breakdowns and outlines
o Coordinate contract reviews
o Assist with theme development

o Write/research non-technical portions of the proposals
• Create marketing collateral and work with project managers and staff to finalize and keep up to date
• Create and maintain resumes for technical staff
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of CRM data.

• Maintain subconsultant and proposal files
• Maintain opportunity and proposal database

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business Management, Marketing or Communications (Preferred)
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and is comfortable working in a fast, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Deltek/Vision CRM software (Preferred), Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe CC Programs – InDesign (Required), Illustrator (Preferred), Photoshop (Preferred).
